Military caseworkers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide assistance to residents of Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Norwalk, Stratford, Trumbull, Weston, Westport and Wilton.

When calling the Red Cross to send an emergency message to a family member, the following information will be requested:

• Service Member's Full Name,
• Rank
• Branch of Service,
• Social Security Number,
• Unit Name
• Military Address
• Date of birth

Residents outside these towns should contact their local Red Cross Chapter for casework assistance.
